Professional AI Review Replies
New reviews can be checked for a professional reply. Only straightforward five-star praise may be considered for an authorized automatic response. Negative, mixed, sensitive, updated and unclear reviews always require the owner's individual approval.
How it works
Automatic publishing is OFF by default and also requires ONRUMA operator activation after Google API approval. An existing reply is never overwritten. Review content in the queue is temporary (up to 14 days).
Audit events track owner permission, automatic decisions and posting results without storing customer identities in permanent logs. Google Business Profile content and drafts are temporarily held and removed after a maximum of 14 days. No affiliation with Google is implied.

Send an unbiased review invitation only when the customer previously consented to messages. Email and SMS require independently verified sending providers. SMS also requires carrier-registration and opt-out compliance.
